Prayer and Fasting on Tuesdays
Fast with us from sundown Monday to sundown Tuesday every week as we pray for an outpouring of God’s Holy Spirit in Montgomery County. Some people drink only water and others fast partially during that time. Then participate with us for corporate prayer at 7:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesdays at Christ the King Church.
21 Days of Prayer
Starting sundown December 31, 2008, we will be praying and fasting for 21
days. We are asking God to pour out His Holy Spirit in Montgomery County and in our nation so that we can see a great harvest of souls into His kingdom.
Targeted Intercession
Starting January 3, 2009, intercessors will meet at Christ the King Church every Saturday morning from 9 am until about 11:30 to pray about specific areas of importance to Montgomery County. Whether you feel you have a special call to prayer or not, everyone is welcome to participate.
Israel, the Bible, and Current Events
Wednesday, February 4, 6:00-9:00 pm at Christ the King Church.
Rami Danieli is an outstanding Bible teacher. Growing up in Israel and serving as an officer in the Israeli Army, Rami brings a unique perspective to many Biblical truths. This meeting should be of great interest to anyone wanting to know what the Bible says about the events we see happening in the world today.
Encounter Weekends
It doesn’t matter if you have been a believer for a long time or are new to Christ; our Encounter Weekends are just for you. During this life changing weekend, you will learn what Christ has done for you, through the power of the cross, to free you from habits, bondages, wrong thoughts, and past mistakes. You will learn answers to questions, such as: What does the Bible say about the return of
Christ? What does it mean to be His disciple? What are the three basic needs of every person?
Men and women have separate Encounter Weekends held at The Father’s House. Registration cost is $25 and includes lunch on Saturday and a syllabus.
